Cancelling your subscription

I want to cancel my subscription but the button to do so is nowhere to be found - why?

If you wish to cancel the subscription, you can do so by logging in, navigating to your account and on to Purchase History where you'll find a big pink button stating "Cancel subscription". What if you can't find the button however?

There can be two reasons for this:

  • The account has never had an active subscription
  • You had an active subscription but this has been already cancelled, whether through your account or due to a payment failing to process properly

In either case, if you don’t see the pink button to cancel your subscription, there is no active subscription to cancel on the account. 

Should you be certain that you had a subscription, please check when is the last time you were charged for a subscription. If this was more than a month ago, you can be assured that the subscription is cancelled.
