Please refer to the following guide to record and send your browser session:

 

Steps to use jam:

1. Install the Extension:
- Install the Jam Extension from the Chrome Web Store.

2. Sign In or Create an Account:

- Sign in to your Jam account or create one if you don't have it already.

3. Navigate to Our Website:

- Open your web browser and visit Digital Theatre+

4. Start Recording:

- Click on the Jam extension icon in your browser toolbar and select "Record tab"

5. Reproduce the Issue:

- Navigate through Digital Theatre+ and reproduce the issue you're experiencing.

6. Stop the Recording:

- Return to the Jam extension and click "Stop" to end the recording session.

7. Share the Recording:

- Create a "Link you can share"

8. Send Us the Link:

- Paste the link into a support ticket (or ongoing email thread) and send it to us with a brief description of the issue.

 

Additional Information: 

- The Jam extension is free for up to 25 recordings.

- Recording sessions capture not only your actions but also console logs and network activity, providing comprehensive insights into the issue.
