An error occurred during sign in - OAuthError
When signing in via SSO if you see the OAUthError access_denied, it means your account isn't being placed in a group with access to the platform.
If you are experiencing the following error please contact Customer Service:
You will see this error if your SSO has been set up to place users in specific groups using values assigned to your account such as school ID or role but your account doesn't contain a value that we are expecting.
In order to resolve this issue our Customer Service team will need to update our system with the correct values.
