This article provides solutions that WAM proxy customers have found resolved off campus playback issues
Pre-requisites
Digital Theatre+ have configured the system with all the IP addresses and IP address ranges that users will present from. Typically these will be the IP address(es) of your proxy and potentially public facing IP address ranges for your institutions networks.
Configure forward tables
The WAM proxy forward table will need the following entries in place (for proxied domains:
- edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
- digitaltheatreplus.com
- images.ctfassets.net
- d10eeigq6mvk6z.cloudfront.net
- cdn.contentful.com
Add Subject Alternative Names (SAN) to the SSL certificate
Add the proxied URLs as Subject Alternative Name (SAN) URLs to the SSL certificate, for example:
- 0-edu.digitaltheatreplus.com.subdomain.institute.edu
- 0-media.digitaltheatreplus.com.subdomain.institute.edu
