How to generate citations
Creating a citation:
- Look for the new Cite button on any resource page or in search results
- Click the button to open the citation generator
- Select your preferred citation style from the dropdown menu (APA, MLA, Chicago, Harvard, or MHRA)
- The citation appears instantly in the correct format
- Choose to either:
- Copy the citation to your clipboard with one click
- Download the citation in your preferred format (Plain Text, RIS, or BibTeX)

Smart proxy URL detection:
If you're accessing Digital Theatre+ through your institution's library portal, the citation generator automatically detects this and gives you the option to:
- Use the standard Digital Theatre+ URL (default, recommended for publications)
