Signing into the website with username and password leaves browser stuck on /callback

What to do when you're signing into Digital Theatre+ with a username and password and the site doesn't sign you in and leaves your browser on /callback


  • You must be signing into Digital Theatre+ using a username and password, not via your organisation's Single Sign On service.


When signing into Digital Theatre+ the website checks that both the server and your computer date and time are aligned, within +/- 2 minutes. 

This is to ensure that your sign in session cannot be captured by a third party and replayed to gain access to your account.

If you sign in to Digital Theatre+ using a username and password, and find your browser at the URL, it's possible that the date and time of your computer is out of sync.

When you click Sign In, nothing happens.

Go to Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time

Ensure that the following settings are turned on:

  • Set the time automatically
  • Set the time zone automatically
