When are MARC records files made available?
On the first day of each month, a set of MASTER records are generated that include everything available on the platform on that day. If you are a new subscriber to Digital Theatre+, you should import the most recently month's MASTER records.
Also, on the first day of each month, a set of INCREMENTAL records are generated that include all updates and deletions made since the previous months MASTER record. You should import each month's INCREMENTAL records starting the first month after the MASTER records you imported at the start of your subscription.
Which MARC records files should I use?
Separate MARC record files are available for:
- All content
- Video content
- Audio content
- Written content
How do I ensure that all records are relevant to my geography?
Files are generated for each country where a licensing restriction applies.
You should download the files that contains the matching ISO 3166 three character country code for your country.
