Can I change my username, email address or password?

Pre-requisites

1. You are using a Username & Password to authenticate to Digital Theatre+

   Not sure which authentication method you use? Check with your institution's IT administrator or refer to your organisation's Digital Theatre+ setup documentation.

2. You are not using SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) or IP Authentication

Forgotten passwords

User Profiles with email addresses

If your User Profile is set-up using your email address, you can self-service a password reset as follows:

1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
2. Click 'Sign In'
3. Click 'Need to reset your password?'
4. 'Click here to reset your password'
5. Enter your email address and click 'Reset via Email'
6. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.
7. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

User Profiles without email addresses

If your User Profile is not set up using an email address you can receive emails to, please contact support.

Changing your password

If you know your password, and want to change it, you can do so as follows:

1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
2. Click 'Sign In'
3. Sign in with your existing credentials
4. Once signed in, go to https://auth.digitaltheatreplus.com/enduser/settings
5. Enter your existing and new password (twice) into the 'Change password' form and click 'Change Password'
6. You will see a confirmation message when your password has been successfully changed.

Changing your email address

You can change the email address associated with your User Profile. You can do this as follows:

1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
2. Click 'Sign In'
3. Sign in with your existing credentials
4. Once signed in, go to https://auth.digitaltheatreplus.com/enduser/settings
5. Click 'Edit' on the 'Personal Information' form and amend the email address as required.
6. Click 'Save' to confirm your changes. A verification email may be sent to your new address.

Changing your username

You cannot change your username; if you require a new username, please contact us.
