Can I change my username, email address or password?

This article explains what you can and cannot change about your User Profile

Pre-requisites

  1. You are using a Username & Password to authenticate to Digital Theatre+
  2. You are not using SAML 2 Single Sign On (SSO) or IP Authentication

Forgotten passwords

User Profiles with email addresses

If your User Profile is set-up using your email address, you can self-service a password reset as follows:

  1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
  2. Click 'Sign In'
  3. Click 'Need help signing in?'
  4. Click 'Forgot password?'
  5. Enter your email address and click 'Reset via Email'
  6. Follow the instructions in the email you receive 

User Profiles without email addresses

If your User Profile is not set up using an email address you can receive emails to, please contact support.

Changing your password

If you know your password, and want to change it, you can do so as follows:

  1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
  2. Click 'Sign In'
  3. Sign in with your existing credentials
  4. Once signed in, go to https://auth.digitaltheatreplus.com/enduser/settings
  5. Enter your existing and new password (twice) into the 'Change password' form and click 'Change Password'

Changing your email address

You can change the email address associated with your User Profile. You can do this as follows:

  1. Go to https://edu.digitaltheatreplus.com
  2. Click 'Sign In'
  3. Sign in with your existing credentials
  4. Once signed in, go to https://auth.digitaltheatreplus.com/enduser/settings
  5. Click 'Edit' on the 'Personal Information' form and amend the email address as required.

Changing your username

You cannot change your username; if you require a new username, please contact us.
