What to do if you receive errors about DRM when you attempt to play video or audio
How to enable playback of DRM protected content in your browser.
If you are experiencing issues or errors relating to being unable to play DRM protected content, please try the following:
- In Chrome, go to chrome://settings/content and enable "protected content"
- In Firefox, go to about:preferences and ensure "Play DRM-controlled content" is enabled, and that about:addons (in the plugins tab) Widevine is enabled.
- In Edge, click the more options button at the top right. From the menu, select Settings.
