Once you have spoken to our Onboarding Team and made a decision regarding your account set-up and structure, you can request one of our available authentication methods, as detailed in this article.
If you are a new customer and your organisation hasn't yet decided how students and faculty will access the platform or what level of access they should have, please book time to speak with our Onboarding Team.
You can contact them at onboarding@digitaltheatreplus.com and they will be able to discuss access methods, Content Controls and your specific requirements with you via email or call.
Select one of the available options:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Digital Theatre+ recommends using Single Sign On (SSO) with SAML to authenticate your users to our service, for the most secure and convenient user experience. How do I request Single Sign-On (SSO) for my faculty and students?
- Username and Password
- You can provide us with the email addresses of users (teachers and/or students) that you would like to add to your subscription, via a secure and encrypted transfer. How can I securely provide a list of email addresses?
- Proxy or IP Authentication
- Many institutions choose to use IP addresses for authentication purposes; we support this method whilst reminding our users that IP is often neither secure nor reliable, provides false assurance of anonymity and may give reduced value to users. If you wish to proceed with authenticating via IP, please send us the relevant list of Classless inter-domain routing (CIDR) ranges via this form.
